  Fuse board replacement and certification

  Contact with Sergey before the job was easy and responsive. Competitive quote provided and honoured. Michael was sent on the day, nice guy but installed the fuse board too close to another item which partially obstructed the opening and he tried to do an upsell on the day. He did the full electrical testing but was not the ultimate person to sign off on the EIC certificate. Cleaned up after. Was able to pay by credit card upon receipt of invoice and certificate a few days afterwards.

  UPVC door installation

  Tomasz did a site inspection and then provided a competitive quote to install a back door for the garage and remove/dispose of the old door. Unfortunately I was not able to pay on a credit card for extra consumer protection, however there were option to split to costs. The work was completed to a high standard and on time.   Mike arrived ahead of time to ensure he started the job promptly. Through a series of test he detected the leak and provided recommendations on how to resolve it. He was very thorough on the tests and described what he was doing and why. Mike was courteous, friendly and took great care inside the property (wearing shoe protector, cleaning up after himself. The booking process and invoicing was efficient and accurate.

  I had a leak in my roof. Kevin went up the ladder to do a visual review to provide a competitive quote. I had to call him out again to go onto the roof to do a full inspection, as another company identified other broken roof tiles. Kevin provided an updated quote and was able to start the job within days, and in the process uncovered another (bigger) repair - evidenced by photos which he fixed within the quote and timeline. All work was conducted in a tidy manner, and he explained everything that was being done along the way. All work had a long guarantee too.

  Broken up and over garage door mechanics

  Had a call and email exchanges with Access very quickly after posting, and booked an engineer to attend site shortly after. All estimates given upfront and in writing. After quick assessment, the problem was identified. Engineer replaced the parts and gave the rest of the door some piling for maintenance, and provided advice on ongoing maintenance. Paid by card, received a fully iterated receipt. Both engineer and customer services were professional and courteous. Good quality job done.
