  Excellent service reconnecting my aerial, sadly I had to remind them over Checkatrade to which they didn’t reply so I had to ring them directly to arrange, unfortunate communication. The job itself though excellently done.

  Couldn’t disassemble the unit, pushy for payment

  The engineer couldn’t complete a full deep clean of the unit because they couldn’t get the front off. I was able to do it myself by looking on YouTube. Payment was also very demanded within an hour of the work, very pushy.

  Andy is a courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable electrician, who knew his way around not only the generic electrical work but knew specialist knowledge like Ethernet topology and security equipment. His mannerisms are also highly appreciated, he not only felt professional but you could properly talk to him and actually enjoy his presence. He took an interest in what I was attempting to do and even provided additional suggestions I didn't think of. He also took on additional work that was off invoice without any fuss, and provided alternatives to tasks that could be done better.
