  Asbestos testing

  Great experience overall couldn't want for anything better. The guy who did the sampling was super friendly and really helpful in terms of giving us information about the ceilings he was sampling and the potential risk which really put our minds at rest. Absolutely not pushy or scaremongering. Communication with David was also very quick and clear. Would definitely use again.

  Rendering External Wall

  The lead up to the work was very professional. The salesperson answered all of my questions and provided a lot of examples of previous work. I was particularly persuaded by their 15 year guarantee and the fact they were saying we didn't need to re-render the whole wall. There was some confusion about the amount of work to be done (timescales etc) which led to a few anxieties and I think they could have been more clear on that. They did leave a bit of a mess and there's quite a lot of splashes of spray coating in the yard and some edges could have been a lot neater. Overall positive though.

  Fault finding and part replacement

  Electricians were really polite and completed the work in the hour that was booked. Parts were replaced and overall the experience was very positive.
