  Thank you Eric for your work. Great time keeping, craftmenship, and honesty. He charged me a good price for fitting in a new window ledge compared to other builders which where charging from £150+ for less than a half hour job.

  Fence post repair

  An honest genuine guy from the moment he broke down what he had to do and the costs of materials. He worked with my budget and done a great job. It's a shame that other builders are charging more just for the sake of making money. He used a new fence post, and cemented the base. Other builders where charging ridiculous prices which did not even include what I just mentioned. I would definitely use Andrews service again if anything comes up.

  Poor communication, replies a day or two after. I gave up on gave up and luckily I found another person which was honest about the tools and materials he will use and met the price of my budget which others will charge £180+ just to fit in a fence post.
