  24/11/22 On time but only fitted kitchen taps, Didn’t have T.W. Mains Key, for Stopcock so arranged visit for 28/11/22. NO CONTACT. I Phoned 28/11/22 early evening, advised he would be back 5 or 6 12/22 and would phone to advise which day, NO CALL OR VISIT. 7/12/22 Contacted Checkatrede for advice. He phoned, as Checkatrede messaged about my call, was concerned about my review. Stated would not charge as GoGW. Requested confirmation in writing. 29/12/22 Sent email of my understanding of events, asked for confirmation by 08/01/23, 23:59. 09/01/23 23:46 He Emailed confirming NO Charge as G
