  remedial works caused by penetrating damp

  Really impressed with the service from start to finish. The surveyor gave no hard sell tactics. He was straight with the work that was (and was not) needed. The guys who came to do the work, were efficient, clean and tidy. They made a real effort to minimise mess, lots of protection over property. I had 4 different companies come out and only 2 gave me the same problem/solution. Why did I end up choosing Weather-wise....I felt listened to and no hard sell

  Fix a leak from a waste pipe

  Unfortunately the job ended up not being as advertised, but I needed a tradesman to fix it, so the insurance company would then do their part. Chris was more than happy to come and look and stopped the leak/drip. I would definitely recommend him.

  Relay a wet room floor

  Before he even looked at the floor, Dan asked me to describe what the issue was and what we had done...his initial response was the floor had movement. As soon as he saw it he was correct. When he pulled the floor up, it was shoddy workmanship that had caused the issue...nothing was a problem and as he said 'these things are sent to test us'. He kept us updated with evey issue he came across and how to fix it. He did am amazing job and we are very happy, with the attention to detail, workmanship and the fact that nothing was hidden from us. Highly recommend!!!!!

  Repair a valley and reset ridge tiles

  I had pretty much decided that Simon was going to get the job, before the other persons who were interested to quote had arrived. He pointed out the issue straight away (which was what the insurance assessor said was the likely cause), so I was confident he knew what he was talking about. He did also did a temporary repair to a broken slate when he came to quote and would not take any money for it - Another person told me what they would charge for doing this when they came to quote. Clean, tidy, respectful and honest - worthy of the 10/10.

  Replacement fusebox and periodic inspe

  Genuine delay in this being posted clearly I did not submit the first one correctly!. Amazing job done by Vic. We wanted a new consumer unit and and inspection to get building regs sign off of a loft conversion done 10 years ago. Efficient, clean and tidy...the local authority were that impressed with the work and the report, they did not come out to inspect just issued the final certificate...thank you Vic for your help, really professional and very reasonably priced.

  Inspect smell of gas from a boiler

  Brilliant Job. Turned up when he said he would. Martin was able to work around us both working from home, which we both were grateful for. Fully explained what he was going to do, what the range of problems could be (thankfully just a blip with the boiler). Thank you for answering my request for help and the speed that you were able to fit us in. 10/10 service. Would definitely use again...infact double checked he would come to the area we are moving to!

  New decking area and fencing around it.

  I can't recommend Leach Joinery more highly, our back garden instantly became a beautiful outdoor space with the new decking area Peter designed and installed. He is professional and courteous, got the job finished on-time and the quality of the workmanship is fantastic. The fact he also offers true value-for-money was the icing on the cake.
