  Internal doors and loft ladder

  Friendly and prompt. Ian fitted some new internal doors, replaced glass transoms, installed a cat flap and a loft ladder. All done really well and tidily. Would definitely use again.

  Sockets, light fittings and removing old equipment

  Friendly guy who did a decent enough job on a few jobs including adding new sockets and removing some old security equipment. He also came back to do one task that he'd missed first time round, without asking for more money or complaining.

  Fixed a faulty circuit

  Came round same day on a Sunday to fix a fault without charging extra for the weekend call out. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Will definitely be using again.

  Kitchen fitting

  Barron stepped in and fitted our kitchen when the previous contractor dropped out. Our kitchen was supplied by DIY Kitchens and Barron Bespoke installed it brilliantly. We couldn't be happier. They worked brilliantly around other trades including floor and worktop fitters and a team working on putting in a new bathroom at the same time. Can't recommend them highly enough.

  Moving a radiator

  We'd used Cavalry before to do a simple job which worked well so when we had to move our boiler we called them again. They did the work promptly and politely but did not immediately provide the gas safety check certificate they'd agreed to do. This was promised to follow by email but a lot of chasing has been ignored since I paid for the work. I've also since noticed a bit of pipework has been left in an awkward place that will need to be moved. Avoid if you want a guarantee they'll do the work they promise.

  Moving back door

  Andy and his colleague moved my back door by blocking up the old space and widening an existing window to add french doors, as well as demolishing an old brick lean to. Andy was great throughout - upfront about costs, prompt communication, flexible on timing and did a great job in less time than expected. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
