  Emergency electrical repair

  The extractor fan above the cooker fell off the wall and was hanging by a live electrical cord. They cut the cord and made it safe. They also disposed of the fan and covered the hole for us. Immediate response to our request for help. Courteous and efficient.

  Quick to respond when we had a plumbing emergency. Located the issue and worked fast to fix it, even when it proved to be more complicated than he had thought at the beginning. Communicated with us throughout the process so we understood the problem and his solution.

  Requested a call-out due to a faulty radiator. Sean diagnosed the problem, ordered a part, and sent a colleague to fix it. Turns out, it was a different problem requiring a different part, but they fixed it in the end. Timekeeping and communication could have been improved, but pleased that the radiator is working now.

  Martin and his team were very easy to work with. They painted 3 rooms and 2 hallways; sanded and re-varnished our wooden banisters; and fixed the window frames (interior and exterior). Work was completed one day early and exactly on budget, including materials. They provided progress updates upon request and even dealt with fussy neighbours complaining about the noise. Only possible criticism would be that it was not clear in advance which work would be done when to help us coordinate alternate sleeping arrangements (we ended up moving out while work was in progress). However, we are very pleased with the result, especially given the budget and tight time scales (initial contact to end of project only took 1 month).
