  Matt has absolutely first rate - I’m very happy with the works. He worked late into the night to get it done to perfection and exceeded my expectations. Would 100% recommend. Hope he will come back and do some more work for us in future.

  Replacement soffits, chimney repoint, flat roof replacement

  This job sucked up so much of my time. Scaffolding firm were a pain - took ages to put up & what felt like months to come down despite many chases The pointing work was average at best , I ended up cleaning it with brick cleaner to make it a little more presentable The soffit works were again average at best- I needed to redo some of the works to make it a little better presented The flat roof replacement was again average at best, water still pools on the roof - was a fundamental ask that it wouldn’t. The connecting pipe had to be spray painted as wrong one fitted No invoice/warranty sent
