  Their ‘call centre’ refused to book an appointment as they needed me and my wife there at the same time so they could get a decision instantly on the work to stop, and I quote, ‘going back and forward between me and my wife’. Awful high pressure selling. Employed a local trades person who accepts that as I am man in my mid 40’s I can make my own decisions.
