  Landlord here contacted Lee to undertake various jobs minor repairs and painting of damp damaged walls,clearing weeds in courtyard, replacing spindle in stairs etc on a property of mine. Lee was very easy to contact and speak to and completed works in good timescales and to a good finish and at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

  Fixed boiler

  Ross repaired a diverter valve on a boiler of mine at a rental property. His communication was excellent. Paid an initial £60 for him to diagnose issue how this was taken off the final bill. He contacted me to tell me the issue lunchtime 08/02/24 and fixed the issue that same afternoon. He even sent me a few pictures and video via WhatsApp as I'm not local and invoice issued electronically all the same day would recommend and use again.

  Painting kitchen walls and skirtings

  I'm a landlord not based in Durham and I contacted Adam and explained could he repaint walls and skirtings of property kitchen due to rising damp work. Adam said he could be round within a week which he was. Work completed to high standard, competitively priced and Adam kept me updated throughout forwarding me invoice and photos at my request. Would recommend thanks again Adam.
