  I originally contacted Chris via CheckaTrade at very short notice for a small task - replacing and tightening a valve to repair a leak. After resolving this issue, he observed my expansion tank was fastened dangerously loose to the wall, and offered to replace some piping to change its position. I'm often wary when tradespeople offer to do extra work, but he completed the job within the hour and charged me in line with his original (very reasonable!) quote. 10/10 for efficiency, communication, and proactively doing more than was strictly required!

  Emergency task completed quickly

  Perfect experience - I needed the battery in my burglar alarm replaced, and Sleeptight Security performed the job at very short notice. Tim was friendly and efficient, and explained the cause behind the issue. From submitting the Checkatrade job to the job being completed was less than 4 hours. I'm very satisfied!
