  Whirlwind team transformed our fascias, soffits and guttering

  Great experience with William and his whirlwind team as they completely replaced all the soffits, fascias and guttering around our large 1970s bungalow in 2.5 days (way ahead of schedule). The attention to detail seems great and they worked hard to access some tricky areas. Throughout, the team were scrupulous about tidiness, sweeping up every evening and leaving the place better than it was before. Very glad to have found you!

  Reliable, good value, transformational loft conversion in Beckenham

  Ashley's team completed a large loft conversion in our 1970s bungalow, creating two new bedrooms for our family, alongside a full bathroom and study. They reconfigured the ground floor with a new, larger kitchen and a great new reception room - making much better use of our space. Their pragmatic architect identified a great way to open up our hallway with a galleried landing, and though the team had to unpick a previous part-conversion of the space, they did a great job, delivering the work roughly on time and in budget.   New lightweight tiled roof on a conservatory

  Apple and Oak did a great job, exactly as they described it, to replace an old, leaking glass roof on our conservatory with a lightweight tiled roof using the Supalite system, hopefully giving us a room we can use all year round now. Adam was clear and helpful throughout, describing the process in detail and answering questions. The installation process was exactly as described, with the old roof off and a new one on the same day, and the works to insulate, change glass and make good completed in under 2 weeks. The installation team - with Adam present at the start and end - were lovely.

  Replacement glass in windows, adjustments, and new uPVC doors

  Pat and colleagues from Direct Glass were great, and we're really happy with our new window glass (replacing dozens of older units) and glazed doors. They were very efficient and polite, working remarkably quickly and dealing with any issues very professionally. I didn't have to chase or nudge and a supplier issue with door handles was sorted promptly too. Their quote was competitive but it was especially helpful that Direct Glass could do new door installations as well as glass replacement/adjustment.

  Creating a new bathroom out of a bedroom

  Nodir and his team did a great job, turning an awkward single room into a spacious family bathroom. Nodir gave us some good planning advice on layout, and worked smoothly with the bathroom supplier. He and his team were very thorough - going above and beyond to make the bathroom work as well as possible. For instance, they worked hard to chase the concrete floor to sit the shower tray on the floor, and got their heads around the complicated plumbing. They discussed options with us and ensured we were totally happy with the work. Throughout, they were very considerate and unobtrusive. Thanks!

  Replacement of long side fence

  Gus and his team did a great job, removing a long and very overgrown fence, dealing sensitively with trees and shrubs on the boundary, and put up a very solid new fence with concrete posts and gravel boards. I was impressed with Gus approach, and he checked in with us where needed to discuss options. The work was done on time, for a fair price, and slotted in earlier than he'd originally indicated. Very pleased with the job and will definitely consider them for other works in our garden.
