  Came to fix the tap but ended up replacing it.

  Workmen were considerate using shoe covers when entering the house. Kept me informed of how they were getting on. Had come to fix the tap but had brought a new one just in case it couldn't be fixed which ended up being the case meaning it could still be fixed same day. Overall, very happy with the service.
