  Outstanding and caring service

  My boiler kept cutting out after a couple of minutes of run time. Other tradies weren't able to figure out the problem. I called Iqbal about this blind job regarding my central heating. He and KD came on the same day and systematically went through what the key causes could be. The replacement of the circulating pump did not solve the problem, so they spent a further two hours and discovered it was a wiring issue. They provided a temporary manual solution until they could come back to rewire and solved the problem. They really went out of their way, are reasonably priced, honest and caring.

  Quality 12 metres of fencing - disappointing follow up

  Both Sam and Tylor were polite and respectful. Within 8 hours they had completed the job of erecting about 12 metres of fencing, concrete gravel and post. The fence looks beautiful and quality of the workmanship is on point. However, in the process of installing the new fence posts, they removed my neighbours block paving, and did not have time to realign the block paving back into a proper straight line. Despite Sam texting back to say that he would be back to take a look (and presumably fix it) the following week, I never heard anything further. I left a voicemail and multiple text messages.

  Awning tape reattachment

  For those of you looking for a genuinely friendly, professional, experienced and honest awning repair service, I could not recommend Gavin and Tony enough. They came right on time, saw the issue involved and kept working at the problem until it was fixed. They were here for about an hour and a half. They kept testing the awning until they were satisfied with the results. The quote was reasonable (compared to some of the other quotes I received) and turned out to be lower than the quote due to the fact that no spare parts were required. Overall, I am highly satisfied and would recommend.

  Replacing and installing a new boiler

  After 15 years our old boiler finally gave up. We called up Daniel who came round on the same day. He asked us questions, did an assessment and offered us the option to either replace the parts or for 50% more replace the boiler with a 10 warranty. Daniel gave us some time to think over and we opted for a new Worcester 24 Greenstar Ri NG boiler. Ryan came over to install the new boiler, installed a new filter system, flushed the system, introduced an inhibitor and cleaner. Ryan kindly explained the plumbing system and had a lovely chat. Both very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
