  Estimating cost of damp repairs on a house we were considering buying

  EDTS were helpful, responsive and produced a very helpful brief report on their damp survey. We didn't buy the house in the end (not because of the damp issues, there were others), but if we'd gone through with it, I'd definitely have used EDTS for the damp repairs.

  Ben was a great communicator, helpful, polite and reliable. He diagnosed and explained the faults that had caused the problems, and rectified them with new components, all within a couple of hours and for the price he had quoted beforehand. I'd recommend him and his firm to anyone.
