  Very helpful recommendation!

  I called this company & Chris was really helpful! I was looking for quotes to install a base & build a shed. However, instead of me having to sort out both those things & buy the shed somewhere, Chris told me about a local company who do all of it & are great quality. I'd already done quite a bit of research, but the company Chris told me about was great! It was so much easier getting everything done from one place & the quality looks like it will be great too.   Having tradespeople I can trust is hugely important to me & I've had various works with NextGen now. I'm so glad to have a company I can trust. I have an anxiety disorder so always check everything out thoroughly & NextGen always pass everything! Believe me, some other companies don't. NextGen have done a fantastic job for me again today & are helpful, respectful & polite. They have also sorted a window for my mum, too, since I recommend them. Indeed, I highly recommend this caring, professional company. Thank you.

  Catflap fitted in glass door.

  Excellent! Envy Windows were so kind & helpful & really looked after me. Gary fitted the cat flap & was fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble. My old glass door was taken away to be recycled as part of the job, too, which I really appreciated. Great communications & everything was done as soon as I needed it. Highly recommended!   Repairs to patio & drive

  Fantastic! Allen was so helpful! I booked repairs for my patio & drive, but then rain was forecast & a thunderstorm warning so, unfortunately,I had to cancel. I'd booked too late, as we're coming to the end of summer now & rain is forecast a lot. So, I decided to try & do the minimum repairs myself, to get through winter, & then come back to it next spring. Allen was so helpful, caring & supportive the whole time, even though I changed plans. Communication was excellent, he answered & helped every time I called & was so accomodating. He encouraged me & was really supportive. Thank you so much.

  Questions about driveway & patio.

  I spoke to Adam at BIA & he was so helpful. I have anxiety & worry a lot about my driveway & patio & any potential water damage to my property. I called & asked Adam about some minor works I may need, but wasn't sure about, & asked about what to do. Adam advised me without me even booking anything.   Windowsill changed today & cat flap in window on 06.06.24.

  I've had a few different works completed by Nex Gen, over time. Recently, I had a cat flap fitted in my window on 06.06.24 & today, 19.07.24, Next Gen sorted my windowsill for me. I will definitely keep using Next Gen, it's great to have a reliable company you can trust! Whatever I ask for, they always sort for me as soon as I need it, which is really appreciated.   Full alarm fitted and after service.

  Fantastic service! I had a full burglar alarm fitted, which is great & great quality. That was approximately around September/October 2023. I wanted to write this because the after service is excellent! It's not just about the installation, Kent Alarms have provided excellent after service & are always so helpful.   Driveway Block Paving or Tarmac

  I had a quote from Paul for works to either tarmac or block pave my driveway. This was following works that have started but, due to complications, I wasn't sure if/how they could be completed. I'm now in the process of sorting that, but I wanted to leave a review because I am so impressed with how helpful Paul is. As well as giving a good quote, Paul was thorough, genuine and honest. He really seems to care about doing a job well, talks everything through and listens carefully to what the customer wants. I would definitely recommend Paul's company and will be getting quotes for any future works.
