  Excellent!

  This company did a brilliant job replastering an area around a bay window which had suffered quite badly from water ingress. They were quick to respond and went through the options very clearly and thoroughly. Their pricing was competetive and they started work promptly. The finished result looks fantastic. They were very polite and friendly and got the job done in really good time, leaving the place clean & tidy. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company!

  Replacement windows & doors

  I approached this company for a quote for some replacement windows & doors in early February 2023. This job was a rental property a good distance away from my home. No estimate of a timeframe for completion. Work didn't start until April 2023 and was finally completed in July 2024. There were months with no contact from Justin, the reasons given when chased were, the weather, no scaffolding available, on holiday, backlog of jobs & more bad weather. I had no issues with the standard of work, but great frustration at lack of communication and progress.

  Removal of old bathroom and replacement with new

  I contacted LHR bathrooms after having been let down by a previous contractor. The bathroom refurbishment was for a tenanted property and I as landlord live some distance away. Malcolm was really helpful with planning the new bathroom and acquiring tiles and flooring to budget and kept in good contact with both me and the tenants. The tenants are delighted with the finished project. I would be happy to use his services again.

  I contacted this company about a shower pressure problem. They visited the property & explained the problem which was quite complicated. As I had been intending to replace the whole bathroom in due course, I decided it might be best to get it all done at one, & this company offered to quote for the job. Initially they seemed quite keen & thorough, & had some good ideas. But, despite promises many times over, no quote was received & I've now got to start over. A complete waste of my time.

  Steve attended the property very promptly after contact. He carried out a thorough investigation of the problem and completed the job in good time. He kept me informed at all times, and arrived when he said he would.
