  Generally I’m sorry to say communication started ok then totally dried up

  Just on the visit day could not communicate with this tradesman ,I find this very frustrating, annoying and very difficult, in trying to have a rough time to visit and carry out the work, feel very let down . After messaging on Checkatrade chat and the only mobile number Checkatrade contacted the tradesman on. As I let him know I had a hospital appointment on the work day and a certain time would be favourable and work round this.

  Carlo is very knowledgeable in his trade, such a lovely person and very friendly and polite, and listens to your requests and honours if possible. He is very dedicated to do an excellent service as very thorough in the amount of of preparation and number of paint coats applied. Looks absolutely flat and smooth. A big thank you Carlo I would not hesitate to in the slightest to have more work done by Carlo in the future and thoroughly recommend to anyone else. Kind regards Keith

  Exterior porch brickwork , porch pole ,porch floor, All painted

  The porch brickwork and pole seemed to be ok at the moment. As per phone call between myself and Neil today October 3rd 2024, as discussed about the porch floor flaking off in places and not others, which looks appalling. I asked him why it has flaked, his reply was that after he already painted it , and after supplying the floor paint himself, only then he seeked advice instead of before he painted the floor for piece of mind on his behalf as well as mine the customer. If he was unsure in the first place why did he not seek advice then, now I have been left with a shabby looking floor.

  Leaking around Chimney Stack On Roof

  Had a very competitive quote , agreed to the work, Had a time frame for the work to be completed, this was achieved successfully because of going away, A very big thank you to Bill and Ryan,Jordan.and later little Billy. Ryan and Jordan came just after the scaffolding arrived and swiftly got on with the work involved which was as follows. Roof tiles taken off one side ,old felt batons replaced, dry verges installed, new and old tiles put back on. Chimney flashing, repointed, excellently done by Ryan. Very pleased with the work. Ryan, Jordan, and little Billy, found very courteous, a credit.

  Ant s inside and out of house

  I have had Martin before, I find him very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough , punctual , 4 visits , good value quote, would definitely recommend him, deserves an Excellent review. Going away early September, no ants at the moment, and he has said when we come back and find any ants he would come back , that is the sort of man he is. Excellent guy.

  Tony was very punctual, looked very professional, and very knowledgeable. Got straight onto sorting everything out, and turned the aerial to face London, and then setup the Freeview Box, tune everything in , very pleased at the moment with all the work done. Tony is very good and reasonable on cost, and very polite . Would not hesitate to have him do work for me again and most definitely recommend him to anyone. Finally I found Tony to be so pleasant all through the visit. Keith

  Control of Ants in kitchen and outside
