  Had an absolute fantastic experience with Rim. He carried out timber treatment and damp testing in my property with total professionalism, explained every step clearly and answered all my questions patiently punctual well organised and left the side clean and tidy. His expertise was obvious spotted issues others had missed, used high quality materials and provided a detailed report post treatment very transparent with pricing,no surprise at all you can tell he takes pride in his work highly recommend him for any damp or timber related issues.

  Lewis visited the property with just couple of hours notice, did the job and sent report by evening..all job finished.. just like lighting. There are some traders who were taking upto 2 weeks for the same job. Highly recommend Lewis for his professional approach. Cost was very reasonable and approach very straightforward. He even attended my late night call and also went extra mike by offering to speak to authorities in council if required. Great service from the company.

  I wish I had more than 10 rating for Jack. He is very young and extremely professional. Very rare to come across such gem of a professional. Extremely pleased with his work, friendliness , attitude, knowledge, approach , advice etc. I would highly recommend Jack and will not hesitate to give more jobs to his team and will pass on his contact details to family and friends.
