  A good job, well done!

  Matt’s very personable and friendly. He came to check out the job, materials needed and came back with a quote the same evening. He did an excellent job of making good the various holes in the walls and plaster issues around the window. His decorating was of a high standard; he was quick, thorough and he left the room very tidy. I would highly recommend him and already have an interested neighbour.

  Cleaning bed-sit flat

  They found a wonderful cleaning immediately, who was able to start within one week. However, the cleaner left after one week. It was over two weeks before they managed to a replacement because we were looking for enhanced DBS, but because the work of the first cleaner had been so thorough, it didn’t cause a problem. Were also delighted with our new cleaner, who seems to be excellent too.

  She’d and contents clearance.

  Tony did a site visit so he was really clear on the job, location and access. The guys arrived around 9am and cracked on immediately. All was done and dusted by 12.30pm. Most of that time was waiting time at the tip for the two loads. The site was left spotless. Great job guys! I highly recommend OVS and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future.

  Intense cleaning to regain the lustre of my sister’s flat.

  Leticia was unbelievable! From the minute I showed her around the flat, she was checking out under the radiators, pulling up the shower trap and talking about what she wanted to do. Before her first session was up, she had completely deep cleaned the bathroom and was onto the kitchen. Were absolutely delighted with her and already recommending her to friends and family.

  Tree trimming

  Mike Barker impressed me from the start. He knew each tree in our garden and the extent they could each be hard pruned and cut back and yet retain their resilience, in particular regard to our Portuguese Laurel. Explaining the process and impact. Mike was very flexible at fitting us in around his very busy schedule. The team were on time, organised and very tidy. We wouldn’t have known they’d been. They did a fabulous job and we would recommend them to anyone. Great job guys!
