  Work was incomplete but he did the best he could do

  Hi I recently left a review on Speedy Security which Although the work wasn't completed I felt I was a bit hard with my scoring. So if possible I would like to redo my review and score him more in the middle rather than as I did.

  The man showed up and started work but was not successful in completing the work as the key he cut and programmed would not work.

  I used Ian Stevenson for the job who was more than capable. He was polite and approachable at all times. I would not hesitate to use him again.
