  Repairing rotten window cill and frame

  I had used Kennedy Maintenance once before to repair a rotten window cill and frame and been really pleased with the result, so when I found I had the same problem in another two wondows, I called them again and they came and fixed them just as well. I am so pleased with the result.

  Remove rotten from wooden cill and window frame

  I have rot in the cill and window frame of one of my windows. Kennedy Maintenance came and looked at the problem and gave me a very reasonable quote for the remedial work. Kennedy Maintenance quickly did the repairs and now the window looks as good as new. All through the process Kennedy Maintenance kept me informed of what was going on. I will be using them again.

  Remove rotten timber from window sill and frame and make good.

  We had rot in the cill and window frame of one of our double glazed windows. Kennedy Maintenance removed the rot, made it look like new and then painted it. I am really pleased and I will use them again.

  Refurbish Bathroom and Toilet

  We asked LastTool Ltd to refurbish out bathroom and toilet which had previously only been repapered/repainted since we moved in. The results are really terrific and we are so pleased with the result.

  New TV aerial and cable to lounge

  Asked if they could come early and work was completed within one hour. Once completed, checked the TV was working OK and rescanned the channels to make sure everything was working correctly, which it was. Really pleased with the work done.
