  EICR prior to property purchase

  Adam provided an excellent service after we were advised to get an EICR prior to purchase of a property. He was easy to work with to arrange a suitable timing between him and the estate agents, and even after the estate agents double booked the first appointment he was willing to reschedule at short notice. When conducting the check he was thorough and provided good feedback, along with quotes to rectify a couple of small issues identified. Overall very good service and workmanship.

  Complete redecoration of an office block.

  Darin was an excellent choice for the complete redecoration of my office block. He was doing the work with us for about 6 weeks and was very good throughout, able to be flexible with our requirements and work around offices and desks as required. His quality of work is of the highest standard and he takes a lot of pride in his work. Also a very pleasant person to have around which is important for such a long job, he was reliable and communication was good throughout.

  Pete laid loft insulation in a tenanted property and replaced the broken hinges on the rear gate.

  Pete did a great job of sorting out a couple of jobs which I had been struggling to find the time to do. He was very easy to get on with and although the tenant was late returning to the property to meet him he just got on with the outside jobs whilst waiting for him to return. The loft insulation was laid very well and he sent photos and videos of all completed work. Highly recommend.

  Steve has been excellent again with his services provided. He is a quality tradesman whose work is of a very high standard and extremely good to work with. He was able to be flexible to assist and meet my deadline to ensure my property is safe for rental. I have used him for three rental properties now and would highly recommend.
