  Diagnosed fault, fitted outdoor light, replaced switch

  Great communication from Lee, responded quickly to messages and checked in the day before to confirm if he was still needed. Lee turned up on time, got straight on with the job and found the problem in no time, a faulty outdoor light fitting. He offered to go pick up a new one and fit it there and then. All sorted and working again, couldn't ask for more.
