  James made contact and was open and available to what was needed. He attended bang on time and was professional, honest and a pleasure to have in our home, treating it with respect cleaning up after himself. Given the age of the boiler he gave some great advice, explaining what he was doing at every stage and no question was too much for him to answer. Would happily recommend.
