  Great work from Steve. Recommend. Job was described online with photos. Steve quoted from the photos, but also attended to visually assess the job. We agreed the job and date. Due to an overrun on previous job there was a delay but this was clearly communicated by Steve. All this was arranged without a F2F meeting.
