  various jobs required to fix a roof repairs.

  initially a great company, replied to my job on here very quickly. very understanding when we had a banking issue when it was payment time, came and assessed and sent me a quote within the same day. started the work earlier than planned which was fantastic then after that it was a serious lack of communication. I attempted various messages/emails sometimes getting a response and sometimes not. when the work was completed it took 3 weeks for the scaffolding to be removed which was fine but varied communication about it. I asked by email for a receipt of the work at least 3 times and no response. The work done was fast which was good but communication with your clients needs to improve.
