  Dining room, Kitchen & Hallway Flooring

  Robert and his lovely assistant completed my Howdens Luxury LVT to dining room, kitchen & hallway within the quoted 2 days, starting 8am and finishing 3pm, working non stop. The flooring is absolutely beautiful, the cuts are very precise & I am very happy with the flooring which is down. There is just one unresolved issue in that the front-door threshold has been left incomplete and communication has now stopped from my last message which is disappointing considering how much effort had been put in overall. There was a laminate threshold there beforehand at quote & enough flooring left to finish this very small detail which would have taken very little time to complete the job. I do hope that this can be resolved as I paid duly on time and feel I was very accommodating throughout. Other than the shine being taken off a little with the job being unfinished, the rest of the work completed was perfect.
