  Front door couldn’t be opened due to failure of multipoint locking system gearbox. Shefflock responded quickly, gained entry without breaking anything or causing mess, serviced the door and replaced the gearbox. Brandon the engineer then spent nearly an hour making further adjustments to ensure the mechanism worked as smoothly as possible and hoovered up when done. A very polite, professional young man and a credit to the company
