  Martin came and gave a very clear explanation of the problem and a competitive quote. When he came, he was very honest that the solar panels meant he would not be able to fit the eaves tray, and agreed to knock the quote down for what he was able to complete. A very honest tradesman who understood his limits and wanted to do the best job possible.
