  Approximately 5 minutes after posting the job, Kyle called and enquired what needed doing. Approximately an hour after that, Stanley came out to look round and give me a quote. I told him what I wanted, he told me what I needed (he being the expert, me having no clue). We came to a price agreement. The team came out today, completed all work discussed and tidied up after themselves. I received 2 videos throughout the morning and follow up texts. 100% recommend this team, many thanks.
