  John came to my house to look into a musty smell (I suspected subfloor issue). After inspecting the room and checking with damp meter, John advised there was no work to be done and no signs on damp. Instead he offered loads of advice on improving our ventilation to rid the issue, and advised he would never charge for something that isn't needed. Absolutely amazing and refreshing to meet such a genuine company who won't rip you off. Recommend 100%
