  Carpet and waste removal

  The job was done well - quick and efficient. However, the experience was frustrating. Despite providing detailed images, measurements and a write-up, plus a call outlining what needed removing, they increased the price after arriving and inspecting the job. I’d given them everything needed to quote accurately - had I known the true cost upfront I’d have gone elsewhere. They also missed the agreed date without letting me know - I had to chase. Things come up, I get that, but a heads up would have helped. They offered to cancel but I didn’t want the hassle of finding someone else at that point.

  Fitting LVT throughout our house

  Mykhailo did a fantastic job fitting our LVT flooring throughout the house. He lifted all the existing carpets before getting started, and the finish is absolutely incredible - every room looks transformed. He was efficient, professional, and well priced for the quality of work delivered. Couldn’t be happier with the results and would recommend him without hesitation.
