  Full kitchen, hall way, stairs.

  Two hours late to start. Started painting before any filling and sanding was done. Wrong paint used - specified Matt used gloss. Did not protect my surfaces and carpets enough, paint everywhere and sections of carpet ruined. Paint on my radiators. Edges appalling. I paid half deposit and did not receive half the work to any standard before I asked them to leave. They then had the cheek to ask for more money and that finishing would take 3 more hours. This is another two full days work for someone else. Totally shocked by lack of quality and damage to house. Light switches painted over.
