  Repairing a leak to the toilet cistern, replacing inflow hose.

  Guy came out promptly and sorted what I can only describe as a self-inflicted plumbing disaster! I'd attempted to fit a bidet sprayer myself and managed to cause a steady leak from the cistern base in the process. Guy assessed the situation quickly, replaced the supply hose, reseated and fixed the leak, replaced the ballcock, and fitted the T-valve and sprayer — all in one visit. Professional, efficient, and didn't make me feel too bad about the mess I'd made. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
