  Broken door latch mechanism

  My door latch broke late on a weekday meaning I couldn’t lock my house securely. I called up and within an hour they arrived to assess the issue and request a new complete mechanism as my door is old and needed a specific part. They manually locked my door to secure my house until the part arrived so I had peace of mind. The part arrived the day after and they fitted in a few hours, performed all the necessary adjustments after fitting. They even took the time to fix my other door which had an unrelated problem, very polite, professional, clear and highly skilled. Really appreciate the work.
