  Had serious leak above side window on house

  We were quoted between £450 to £1200 by other builders. OAD came round and charged me £50 to put sealant in cracks he could see, all, totally honest said it might not work, but try this first, so far no leaks and we’ve had rain since, it had always poured in before, if it doesn’t hold I’ll definitely get him back to do the bigger job.
