  Not impressed at all. Tristan assured me everything would be handled professionally but the team showed up late and seemed unprepared.The job was done quickly but poorly and I had to clean up a lot myself afterwards

  Good communication and professional service from Lumiel. The EV charger installation went smoothly and there were no issues at all. Everything was tested before they left and it’s working great.
