  Damaged cabling due to bad DIY

  The engineer made initial contact really quickly following my enquiry for help and then kept in regular contact until he arrived. After assessing the issue, he advised on costs and then once I’d accepted set to rectify my DIY misdemeanours 😂 All told, it took about 2 hours, they tidied up and made everything good ( even doing some additional work on top). Great, prompt service and really helped me when it counted
