  Boiler Fault left us with no hot water.

  Mike was a gent and professional. Came in and had a through look at what was going on. Constantly talking me through what the issues could be and what outcomes were possible without dramatising or sugar coating. Got the job sorted, little more hassle than expected but he took it on the chin and did a top job. Will be keeping his number to hand and will recommend if needed.
