  Had to get spray foam insulation removed as a condition of selling my father's house as it was required by the buyer's mortgage lender. Ciaran explained everything clearly and kept in good communication throughout, as I wasn't living at the property. The boys worked hard and finished the job a day early and Ciaran sent a full report & photos. They provided proof of insurance when asked, and as they were RICS approved it helped with assuring the mortgage company the removal had been done correctly, without needing another survey.
