  I was very impressed with everything from the start. Excellent communication, able to advise where cost savings could be made without compromising on the quality. Prompt responses. Michael was able to fit me in in good time. He arrived promptly and worked constantly until the job was completed. He put up with me asking questions and taking photos of progress.
