  complete 5 year electrical EICR inspection.

  I approached John through check a trade to complete a 5 year EICR inspection on a rental property for me and completed this with ease and no stress. Always hard to find someone when you are not local but John is very professional, communicates at every step and co pleted the job with perfection. very highly recommended.

  replace roof tiles. re fit slipped tiles and seal up cracked tile as requested.
