  RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE

  A number of trades responded to this job and were friendly and helpful but Dave at Pest ID Kent stood out by replying quickly, explaining the process in detail with all the whys and wherefores both on the phone and in the quote. He turned up on time, was pleasant in manner and worked solidly until the job was finished. There were some challenges which meant the job took longer than expected but these were coped with in a straightforward way. We felt in safe hands.
