  Here’s an updated version that includes that point more naturally: Tim quoted me a price after I sent him photos of the work I needed done and arrived promptly as arranged. There was more work involved than he originally expected, but he still honoured his original quote, which I really appreciated. He overboarded the ceiling, carefully choosing to screw the plasterboard in properly rather than taking shortcuts, and then skimmed it to a smooth finish.
