  These guys are brilliant. Good communication beforehand, proactively texted me. Showed up on a Saturday, got straight on the roof, found a birds nest as the cause of the problem (leak around the soil pipe through the roof), fixed it in 30 minutes (without harming any birds!) and the price was very reasonable. Polite and professional throughout. 10/10!
