  Somebody from Elite visited me on Tuesday and said they would do the job on Saturday. As promised, someone turned up and did the job in a few minutes. He took photos and showed us what the problem had been. He was friendly and polite. I was shocked to pay £264 for such a small job but I admit I know very little about how much such a job would be. On the whole, the job was done well.
