  We posted the job on Checkayeade on a Sunday and got a message almost immediately from Ben. He asked for a video of the job so he could accurately quote and came out the next day. He was very punctual, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He did the job very quickly despite the nuts being seized on our taps and a very awkward stop tap position. Charged us exactly as quoted despite more work being involved to complete the job. We are very happy and have kept their number to use again in the future.
