  Replaced a radiator with a towel rail.

  Mark contacted me the same day I uploaded the job. He asked for more details, like measurements etc and gave me a very reasonable quote. He was very helpful and kept in contact about things I needed and when he could attend. He came on the same day that I bought the towel rail. He was prompt, friendly, presentable and pleasant. He got straight to work. He even tidied up!
